New feature Introducing SignalWork™

Optimize your workforce plan. From time-to-hire to time-to-outcome.

Every requisition arrives with the outcome it was funded to deliver, and the
people and AI agents behind it share one budget. Recruiters keep working in BrassRing.

The problem

Your workforce plan is split across three systems that don't talk

ATS, HRIS, finance. None holds a historical view or a predictive one.

  1. Headcount gets locked first

The number gets defended before anyone names the outcome it funds.

  2. Agent spend runs unmetered

Agents deployed without a plan drive costs up fast. Nobody meters tokens against the outcome, so finance finds out a quarter later.

  3. Deliver instant answers

An all-in-one customer service platform that helps you balance everything your customers need to be happy.

The solution

One place to plan, staff,
and meter every initiative

Start from the result. SignalWork™ recommends the mix of people and agents, then meters every hour and token against one budget.

Plan

Define the outcome first, then staff it

A Mission names the result, owner, deadline, and one budget in hours and tokens. SignalWork™ splits it into jobs, rates each on judgment, repeatability, and cost of error, and recommends a person, an agent, or both.

Every requisition opens on the strength of the job itself.

Govern

Give every AI agent a work permit

Each permit states what the agent may do, what it may never do, how much it may spend, and when a person takes over. Change the scope and it expires until someone reapproves.

"Who approved this?" takes one record to answer.

Hire

Your recruiters stay in BrassRing

The human portion of an approved plan arrives in BrassRing as an outcome plan with positions attached. Each req links to its plan, and open and filled counts report back.

A home-page widget and a plan link on each req. Your workflow stays put.

Worked example

Put your human and AI agent workforce on a single ledger

A health plan needs routine provider inquiries answered in under two minutes: 250,000 a month, 98 percent quality or better, $1.25 or less each. Five jobs:

  1. Authenticate the provider: agent, PHI-bounded
  2. Retrieve claim status: agent, read-only tools
  3. Explain the next step: blended, human review on ambiguity
  4. Resolve contract exceptions: human, licensed specialist
  5. Record the outcome: agent, uneditable log

The permit caps agent spend at $0.65 per case and hands off to a person below 0.92 confidence. Five specialist roles open in BrassRing, linked to this Mission.

Before you ask

What changes, what doesn't, what's protected

  • Nothing migrates

BrassRing stays your system of record. SignalWork™ reads it and writes plans back.

  • Data stays bounded

Each agent sees only what its permit allows, and every action lands in a record nobody can edit afterward.

  • You keep your other systems

PPM, HR, procurement, and finance stay put. It connects the plan to the hiring, and the hiring to the result.

More questions, answered

Do we have to be a BrassRing customer?

No. Any enterprise can buy it. BrassRing customers get it inside the Talent Suite.

What isn't in this release?

Robotic work, autonomous agent purchasing, self-changing recommendations, and payroll or ledger posting.

Does it replace recruiters?

No. It recommends what to hire for, a named manager approves, and the human positions go to your recruiters.

What happens when an agent hits a limit?

The permit auto-suspends on a quality, privacy, or budget breach and the accountable person takes over. A sponsor can revoke it at any time, reason recorded.

What can an agent see?

Only the data and tools its permit names. Every action is metered to that permit.

How is it priced?

Custom enterprise pricing through your customer success manager. Design partners get it free through their next renewal for a proof-of-ROI case study.
